Absolutely phenomenal service !! I recently immigrated to the UK from South Africa. I wanted a mini and found one here. Not knowing anything about cars these guys took so much time out of their busy day to help answer all my questions. They arranged videos for me and sent them all over WhatsApp so I could see the car "in person" as I lived over 300 miles away. Delivery was arranged to me and it was a smooth process. This was a huge plus for me and I was over the moon when they said they could deliver it to me. Saved me time and money to catch trains and buses there!! So thank you guys !!! I really appreciate all your hard work.

There was absolutely no pressure to buy the car which I loved, even with my million questions :) The "paperwork" was a breeze. Price was within reason for age and mileage.

MOT, road tax and service was all done for me prior to delivery which was a huge plus!

I am very happy with my purchase! There were one or two minor issues which were dealt with and resolved immediately. They guys are all honest and genuinely reliable.

Great service by Ryan from initial contact to collection of Volvo C30. Car was for my nephew and we travelled from West Manchester for initial test drive. Small items spotted were sorted quickly and we collected the car a week later with the benefit of service fresh MOT and Breakdown cover. A credit to this family run business who have a good selection of fully valeted cars and look after the customer.

I recently bought a Volvo from Derbyshire Elite Car Sales. Having viewed the car I loved online and not having visited their showroom before I didn't know what to expect. I was immensely impressed and instantly felt at ease. The showroom was pristine and my immediate impression was the cars looked immaculate. I saw cars in other showrooms and this was not the case. Ryan and his colleagues were professional, approachable and informative without in any way being intimidating or pushy.

Staff provided me with the excellent service history for the Volvo. The impressive service history was one of the many positives which caught my attention when I saw the car advertised.

I test drove the car and after paying a deposit I swiftly bought the car to avoid it being bought by someone else which I knew it would be. Completing the necessary paperwork was straightforward. Staff were clear and concise which made the transaction effortless. I received a 3 month free warranty on the car which I chose to extend for 12 months. In addition, I received breakdown cover.

Just the other day after foolishly draining the car battery I contacted Elite about the breakdown cover. After realising I hadn't activated my breakdown cover claim, Ryan from Elite without hesitation said he would drive to where I was parked and bring jump leads! I was astounded at his kindness and was so grateful. I managed to get my car started however, the fact that staff were willing to take time out of their day to help out amazed me.

I would not hesitate to recommend Derbyshire Elite Car Sales to others. It was a joy to visit their showroom and will do so again when my husband is car hunting!

I got a lovely BMW 6 series from them around 3 months ago. Decent part ex price.
Had one minor issue with a stuck headlight washer, they could not have been more helpful arranging for it to be repaired locally to me. You can be confident getting a great car and should there be any issues, it will be dealt with promptly with great friendly aftercare service. Cheers guys, still loving the car.

There wasn't a second key and weeks after purchase they contacted me to say it had been located and would post this to me, they go over and beyond their duties, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went down on the off chance that they had a car in that we were after and in the end they had 3 we had a look around all 3 with no pressure and decided to go for the one we went for in the 1st place paid for it and waited a few days for it to get its mot and a valet and it was ready to pick up. Lovely family business and really helpful cant fault them on anything excellent service if we need another car then we will be back as they are always happy to help

I bought a Citroen DS3 few weeks ago and so far the car feels and drives great. Although it is 10 years old, it is in great condition just as it was advertised. Shaun was very helpful and did not pressure me at all in buying the car. Super service, great staff and a car in superb condition, what else to ask for? We needed an estate car when we visited Derbyshire Elite Car Sales. All cars were under cover in a large, smart showroom, and the friendly staff were happy to chat with us over a coffee, offering advice when asked without pushing.
We changed our well loved Astra SE Hatch Automatic for an Astra SRI Estate Automatic, with which we are very pleased. It is smart inside and out and nicely comfortable. Elite offered us a very fair exchange deal, with a three month A1 Gold warranty, which we accepted.
Two weeks down the line we couldn't be happier.

Both the guys were very helpful. There are some very nice cars in the showroom,would highly recommend a visit.

An Amazing Family run business
After searching for a particular make and model for some time, I discovered one at Derbyshire Elite Car Sales.
I rang up to enquire about a test drive and got one that same day....this is a family run business and the 3 owners could not have been more accommodating, no pushy sales talk just honest advice and genuine care given, the owners were helpful personable and nothing was too much trouble, the car was delivered to my driveway 2 days later and I couldn't be happier.
I would advise anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle to go visit this company, they actually care and it shows, their years of experience and knowledge are immediately apparent and I will be using them for my next vehicle Thank you to you all for your help and support ...good old fashioned customer service is rare and you guys smashed it.
